Hello and welcome to Dynamic Mental Health of New England!

We currently offer both in-office and telehealth appointments.

Pooja Cheema is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Our practice encompasses psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. While we recognize the value of medication in promoting wellness, we also emphasize the importance of complementary approaches. We firmly believe in integrating adjuvant therapies and lifestyle modifications to optimize treatment outcomes.

Within the ever-evolving landscape of psychiatry, advancements are continual, with ongoing improvements in treatments and the development of new medications to enhance mental health. Together, we'll collaborate as a team to create a treatment plan that addresses your holistic well-being, encompassing your mind, body, and spirit.

We Can All Prevent Suicide

Understanding the issues concerning suicide and mental health is an important way to take part in suicide prevention, help others in crisis, and change the conversation around suicide.

Some warning signs may help you determine if a loved one is at risk for suicide, especially if the behavior is new, has increased, or seems related to a painful event, loss, or change. If you or someone you know exhibits any of these, seek help by calling the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Need immediate assistance?

Call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
